The CHALLENGE
Daunt Books were exploring ways to cut down on their plastic bag consumption and a savvy and memorable way to market their brand.
SOLUTION
In response to the brief re-wrap designed a practical, foldable, carry-all bag. Ethical, stylish and smart, the bag was quickly adopted by Daunt Books’ customers, becoming the ‘mark’ of book-lovers, not just in London, but worldwide. Along with the iconic Hunter green, the bags have since become available in a variety of colours including a kid’s tote bag which was launched in 2016. In 2009 re-wrap produced a sheeting bag that was given to Daunt Books customers. This initiative helped Daunt minimise the book store’s use of plastic bags.
