how we reduce waste
We are guided by circularity and an ethos of zero-waste. This has led us to find creative and inventive ways to re-purpose every scrap textile waste created during our production process.
Larger off-cuts and remnants are used to create premium details on our bags, such as interior pockets, reinforced bases and self-fabric handles.
Smaller scraps are collected, shredded down and blended with virgin organic cotton into our recycled cotton fabric.
To minimise unnecessary waste during the sampling process we use 3D technology, allowing us to trial ideas and designs digitally before creating the final physical sample.
