Recycled Tote Bag and Pouch in field

Recycled Products

What?

Our recycled product range is driven by our zero-waste ambitions, and is made from production offcuts.

How?

We collect, sort by colour, re-spin, and weave all production scraps and bring remnants back into fabric.

Why?

All production waste is re-purposed, connecting materials to the final piece and diverting textile waste from landfill.

Scraps are ground down into lint and blended with virgin cotton.

Yarn

Step 3:

Spun into yarn

Blended lint is spun into yarn, ready to be woven into fabric.

Step 4:

Weaving

Our minimum order quantity starts at 1,000 units.

Do you ship internationally?

What artwork do I need to supply?

1. Our recommended application for print-ready artwork is Adobe Illustrator CS3 or above. 2. Accepted file formats for high-quality printing are EPS, AI, and PDF (Illustrator PDF). 3. If your artwork includes any linked files or fonts, please package and send these along with your artwork. 4. We are happy to review your artwork and will recommend the most appropriate printing method.

Do you provide physical samples?

Our process starts with CLO 3D digital sampling, which allows you to explore different ideas and concepts. Once the design has been finalised, we create and ship a physical sample for final approval. Our sample cost is £50–£100 per style, depending on the complexity of the artwork. This fee is waived for the first sample of any project that proceeds to order.
